Comprehensive Learner Support
We want to make the training process smooth and accessible, so we
invest heavily in our internal systems and employ a dedicated Learner
Support Team who are always on hand to help Learners via phone, email or text.
Each Learner gets an online account where they can view their allocation
see current bookings, make new bookings, rearrange sessions and save
appointments to their own calendar. This makes managing training easy
and stress-free from the first session to the last.
We also offer choice so Learners get trained when and where they want
and we communicate clearly, utilising a system that sends booking
confirmations and reminders via email and text.
